Salvador Mazza is situated in the north of Salta Province, some 400 kilometers from the capital, Salta City, and 55 kilometers from Tartagal. Reputedly the northernmost city in Argentina, Salvador Mazza (also known as Pocitos) lies on the border to Bolivia and is a bustling cargo transit town.
