NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR CASINOS AUSTRIA INTERNATIONAL

Casinos Austria International (CAIH) has a new management team. Paul Herzfeld and Josef Leutgeb have stepped down from the management board at their own request with immediate effect and will be leaving the company.

To ensure that the path already taken and the implementation of CAIH’s defined international business concept can be rigorously pursued, the Directors of Casinos Austria AG will assume management of CAIH. In addition, Alexander Tucek (Operations), Claudia Dotter (Legal) and Wolfgang Sperl (Finance) have been appointed authorized company signatories and will manage day-to-day business at CAIH. The final decisions on these appointments will be taken at the next CAIH General Assembly.
